Between hidden coves, sea stacks rising from the water, and turquoise waves where time stands still, the ocean reveals itself in its raw and sublime state.

Here, nature invites us to dive into silence, breathe deeply, and remember who we truly are.

DAY 2 — THE INITIATION + DESCENT (Saturday)

What if I can’t hold my breath long?

Perfect. You’ll learn. The entire process is guided, supported, and safe. No experience required.

What if I’ve never done breathwork or ocean immersion?

Perfect. You’ll be held, safely guided, and cracked open exactly as you are.

Do I need freediving experience? Do I need to bring equipment?

No. You’ll be guided and supported. This is about surrendering to the experience and letting go of control.

If you have a diving mask, bring it. If not, I have equipment available.

Which is the closest airport?

Closest airport is the airport from PALERMO. There is where we are going to pick you up on Friday!

Can I come alone?

Yes. Most people come solo. You’ll leave with a new soul family.

What is not included?

Flights are not included.
Travel or medical insurance is not included.
Meals not mentioned in the itinerary.

Yes. For your safety and peace of mind, all participants are required to have:
Personal health insurance that covers you internationally (including emergency medical care in Italy).
